This LP is probably Paradinas’ funkiest merging of hip-hop, electronics, and symphonics. Immeasurably catchy and uplifting, this album juxtaposes cartoonish romps with hard breakbeats. Most of these tracks manage to be cute without being annoying, helped along by catchy melodies. My only complaint is this release is inconsistent. There are three or four masterpieces among a bunch of throw-away interludes and a few really irritating tracks. This is worth picking up, just be ready to hit the skip button.
