The gorgeous melodies on this EP are reminiscent of Boards of Canada’s early days. Gentle sounds click into being with the precision of a mechanized music box—and then Autechresque bass drops. I honestly can’t get enough of this release. No wonder Pitchcadet’s such a great label—its owner has a good ear.
